Advaxis rises after starting human trials of prostate cancer drug

** Shares of biotech  ADXS.O  rise 4% to 46 cents premarket 
    ** Begins early stage trial of its drug candidate, ADXS-504,
to treat patients with prostate cancer
    ** Study to evaluate safety of two dose levels of the
monotherapy. A total of six doses will be administered via
infusion every four weeks 
    ** Study being conducted at Columbia University Irving
Medical Center
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock had risen 26.5% YTD
