U.S. stock index futures rose on Tuesday as the formal go-ahead for
President-elect Joe Biden's transition to the White House ended weeks of
political uncertainty and added to hopes of an economic recovery next year.  .N 
    
    At 7:33 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.98% at 29,835. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.72% at 3,601.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.29%
at 11,939.25.
