On 26 October 2020, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 225,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury.  Following the issuance there will be 47,318,989 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 18,625,011 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 26 October 2020 at a price of 446.0p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
