Special Interim Dividend

 

 

Further to the statement in the Interim Report the Company has now a repayment
of tax from HMRC following receipt of a settlement agreement in relation to
the Franked Investment Group (FII GLO) computational based claims, and this is
being distributed to shareholders as a special interim dividend.

 

 

The Board is therefore declaring a special interim dividend of 2.20p per
ordinary share in respect of the year to 30 September 2023 payable on 15
September 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18
August 2023. The ex-dividend date is 17 August 2023.
