Purchase of Own Securities

 

 

 

On 17 November 2023, the Company purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at a price
of 124.1677p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

 

Following the purchase of the above shares 311,257,485 ordinary shares of 2p
each will remain in issue. Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC will hold 2,995,000
ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

The above figure (311,257,485) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
