On 27/02/2025, the Company announces the purchase of 697,720 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 189.48p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

 

Following the transaction there will be 28,027,468 shares held in Treasury.

 

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury are
