Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.R we would
like to notify the market of the following:

Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc capital consists of 307,360,000 ordinary
shares. Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc holds 25,856,300 ordinary shares
in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Baillie Gifford
US Growth Trust plc is 281,503,700 as at 31 March 2025.

The above figure (281,503,700) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Baillie Gifford US
Growth Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
