Bakkavor Group plc (LON: BAKK) announces that, with effect from 25 April 2024,
Sanjeevan Bala, an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, will be
appointed to the Board of SThree plc, as an Independent Non-executive Director
and a member of the Audit & Risk, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.
