** Shares of crypto trading firm Bakkt BKKT.N jump as much as 41.8%; last up 14.9% at $10.70

** BKKT late Tuesday reported Q4 revenue of ~$1.8 billion, a 737.9% jump from a year earlier, thanks to robust demand for its crypto offerings

** Company tapped Akshay Naheta to serve as its co-CEO, alongside current CEO, Andy Main

** BKKT is also tying up with Naheta's Distributed Technologies Research to expand its market share in stablecoin payments network

** Stock down 56.5% YTD
