** Trump Media and Technology Group DJT.O in talks to buy
company in all-stock deal, FT reports
** Trading in stock halted multiple times for volatility
** BKKT, its backer Intercontinental Exchange ICE.N and
DJT did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment
** Stock had lost ~80% YTD, as of last close
