Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. ("BBVA"), in accordance with
the provisions of the Securities Market legislation, communicates the

INSIDE INFORMATION

 

 

It is planned to submit for the consideration of the corresponding BBVA governing
bodies a cash distribution of 0.23 euros gross per share to be paid in April
as shareholders' additional remuneration in relation to the Group's
results in 2021.
