** Investment firm Archimed will take Esperion Therapeutics ESPR.O private for up to $1.1 billion, the companies said on Friday.

** Amsterdam-based AI infrastructure firm Nebius NBIS.O said on Friday it has
agreed
 to acquire inference and optimization startup Eigen AI in a deal valued at about $643 million, strengthening its push into production‑grade artificial intelligence and expanding its United States footprint.

** Spain's Banco Sabadell has completed the sale of its UK subsiduary TSB to Banco Santander for 3.3 billion euros ($3.87 billion), Sabadell said.

**  Marsh McLennan Agency, the middle-market insurance broking business of Marsh, has reached an agreement to acquire Columbia, Maryland-based TriBridge Partners, the broker announced on Thursday.
