SABADELL SABE.MC:
Sabadell said on Thursday its Q3 net profit fell 17.7% from the same period in 2024 due to lower lending income as the focus shifts towards the sustainability of its standalone strategy following BBVA's BBVA.MC failed bid.
FERROVIAL FERF.AS:
Ferrovial said on Thursday it was launching convertible bonds worth 400 million euros ($466 million).
REPSOL REP.MC:
Repsol Europe Finance said on Wednesday it issued 750 million euros in subordinated bonds with a yearly interest rate of 4.197%.
GRIFOLS GRLS.MC:
Grifols said on Wednesday it secured 95% of investor support to improve documentation terms of its 1.3 billion euros in secured notes.
TELEFONICA TEF.MC:
Telefonica has put its logistics subsidiary Zeleris up for sale, expecting to raise around 130 million euros to reduce debt or fund future acquisitions, newspaper El Economista reported on Thursday citing sources familiar with the talks.
ACS ACS.MC:
ACS is close to striking a 23 billion euro partnership with BlackRock's BLK.N Global Infrastructure Partners to develop data centres, newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday citing unnamed market sources.
