CAIXABANK CABK.MC:

The Spanish bank said on Thursday it is going to reduce share capital by 61.0 million euros by amortizing treasury shares.

BANCO DE SABADELL SABE.MC

David Martinez Guzman, third-largest shareholder at Sabadell, resigned from its board, the bank said on Thursday. The Mexican investor said that shareholders should accept a hostile takeover offer by BBVA, which ultimately failed.

FERROVIAL FERF.AS

Spanish construction giant set on Thursday price for 400 million euros of convertible bonds at 68.9423 euros, representing 25% premium over share reference price of 55.1538 euros.

NUEVA EXPRESION TEXTIL NXTE.MC:

The company signed on Thursday a binding partnership agreement with Maxum for joint development of Nextgreen programme, Nextil Group's new sustainable production platform.

OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN OHLA.MC:

The construction company reported on Thursday that its 9-month net loss stood at 45.6 million euros ($52.83 million).

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica negotiates the sale of unit Telefonica Servicios Integrales de Distribucion, which operates under Zeleris brand, with OnTime, Everwood, ICP, CTDI and Boyaca, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Friday.

CELLNEX CLNX.MC

JP Morgan cut its target price to 32 euros from 43 euros.

INDRA IDR.MC

JP Morgan resumes coverage with "neutral" rating; target price at 50 euros.
