NOTICE IS GIVEN by the Issuer to the holders of the Covered Bonds that the
following Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and
is available for viewing:

Prospectus dated 13 August 2024 (the Prospectus) relating to the
£10,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of TSB Bank plc unconditionally
and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by TSB
Covered Bonds LLP.
