unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and
principal by

TSB Covered Bonds LLP (the Programme)

 

The following Supplemental Prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplemental Prospectus dated 7 February 2025 (the Supplemental Prospectus)
relating to the £10,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of TSB Bank plc
unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and
principal by TSB Covered Bonds LLP.

 

The Supplemental Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with
the prospectus dated 13 August 2024 in relation to the above programme.
