The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
 
Final Terms dated 25 March 2021, for TSB Banking Group plc £300,000,000 Fixed-to-Floating Rate Callable Subordinated Tier 2 Capital Notes due 2031 (the "Notes") issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 18 March 2021 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of TSB Banking Group plc and £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of TSB Bank plc.
 
The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the UK Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
