Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company - Transactions in Own Shares

 

 

Nicosia, 25 September 2024

 

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') today announces
that on 24 September 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary
shares of €0.10 each (the 'Shares') on the Cyprus Stock Exchange ('CSE') and
on the Main Market of the Regulated Securities Market of the Athens Stock
Exchange ('ATHEX') through Company's broker, The Cyprus Investment and
Securities Corporation Limited ('CISCO'). The total shares purchased of 32,624
will be cancelled.

These share purchases form part of the Company's intention to buy back up to
€25 million of shares as part of the buyback programme announced on 19 April
2024 and supplemented by the announcement on 23 September 2024 (the
'Programme').

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, a detailed
breakdown of individual trades made on 24 September 2024 as part of the
Programme is scheduled to this announcement.
