Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company - Transactions in Own Shares

 

Nicosia, 20 September 2024

 

 

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') today announces
that on 19 September 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary
shares of €0.10 each (the 'Shares') on the Cyprus Stock Exchange ('CSE')
through BOCH's broker, The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation
Limited ('CISCO'). The total shares purchased of 16,000 will be cancelled.

These share purchases form part of the Company's intention to buy back up to
€25 million of shares as part of the buyback programme announced on 19 April
2024 (the 'Programme').

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, a detailed
breakdown of individual trades made on 19 September 2024 2024 as part of the
