Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") informs that on the meeting held on 21 April 2020 the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed, effective as of the date of adoption of a resolution, Mr. Grzegorz Janas, current member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, to the function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank during the current joint term of office.
