01.06.2020 - Report 37/2020: Resignation of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna
Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 1 June 2020 Mr. Marek Lusztyn resigned with the effect at a future date, i.e. on 30 June 2020 from the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Bank supervising the activities of the Risks Management Division as well as from the composition of the Management Board of the Bank.
Taking into consideration continuity of decision making, and in line with good practices, Mr. Marek Lusztyn resigned with the effect at a future date, i.e. on 30 June 2020, in order to enable the Supervisory Board of the Bank to make a selection for the abovementioned position.
The resignation did not contain the reasons for its submission.
Legal basis: § 5 points 4 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules under which the information required by the laws of non-member states shall be deemed equivalent. (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757)
