Content of the report:
Bank Polska Opieki Spólka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 19 May 2020 all members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank of the joint term of office ending in 2020, i.e. Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Grzegorz Janas, Vice-Chairmen of the Supervisory Board Mrs. Joanna Dynysiuk and Mr. Stanisław Ryszard Kaczoruk, Secretary of the Supervisory Board Mr. Paweł Stopczyński, as well as members of the Supervisory Board Mrs. Sabina Bigos-Jaworowska, Mrs. Justyna Głębikowska-Michalak, Mr. Michał Kaszyński and Mr. Marian Majcher, resigned from their positions in the Supervisory Board of the Bank and from the mandates in the Supervisory Board of the Bank of the joint term of office ending in 2020, with the effect from the day of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank for the financial year 2019.
The resignations were submitted for  prudential reasons, i.e. due to doubts expressed in jurisprudence and court rulings regarding the counting of the mandate and term of office of a member of the supervisory board, in particular the understanding of "last full year of service".

§ 5 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
