Barings Emerging EMEA Opportunities plc (the "Company")

 

Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office

 

 

 

Following a review of the Company's operational arrangements, the Board has
appointed NSM Funds (UK) Limited ("NSM") as its Company Secretary with
immediate effect.

In consequence of this appointment, the Company's registered office will
change to 46-48 James Street, London W1U 1EZ.
