The Company was notified on 25 March 2025 that Michael Probin, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 3487 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 48.85 pence per Ordinary share.
