Director Changes

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that after
serving almost eight years on the Board, Les Gabb will retire from his role as
Non-Executive Director and as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 31
December 2023.

Les will be succeeded by Isabel Dolan, who joins the Board as an independent
Non-Executive Director on 1 November 2023 and as Chair of the Audit Committee
on 31 December 2023.
