In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6, the Company announces that Isabel
Dolan will step down from her role as Non-Executive Director and as Chair of
the Audit Committee with effect from 21 January 2025.

Fiona Miller Smith, Chair of the Company, commented:

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Isabel for her support and
insight as Chair of the Company's Audit Committee and to wish her every
success for the future

The selection process for a replacement Non-Executive Director and Audit
Committee Chair is underway and an announcement of a successor will be made in
due course.
