The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the
unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares as at 31 July 2025 was 53.02p
per share.

An interim dividend of 1.75p per share in relation to the year ended 30
September 2025 has been declared and is payable on 8 September 2025 to members
on the register as of 8 August 2025.

The interim dividend of 1.75p per share has not been deducted from the net
asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 July 2025 as the ex-dividend date is
7 August 2025.
