Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

The Company announces that on 28 September 2023 it made a market purchase of
320,606 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 52.39 pence per
share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held
in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

 

 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                              381,621,257
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                      30,086,750
 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)  351,534,507
