Transaction in Own Shares

 

The Company announces that on 15 March 2024, 15,000 Ordinary shares of 10p
each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of
52.60 pence per share.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held
in Treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                                    33,172,409
