Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

The Company announces that on 2 April 2024 it made a market purchase of
794,531 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 52.48 pence per
share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held
in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

 

 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                              424,464,819
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                      33,966,940
 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)  390,497,879
