Placing and Open Offer Timetable Update

 

Dublin and London - 27 April 2023

Barryroe Offshore Energy plc (BEY) ("Barryroe" or "the Company") announces an
update to the Placing and Open Offer timetable released on 6 April 2023.

The Company and its advisers are progressing documentation and materials
relating to the Convertible Loan Note suballocation, Placing and Open Offer,
EGM Circular and Irish Takeover Panel waivers which is taking longer than
previously anticipated.

The terms of the placing and open offer, the Record Date and the
Ex-entitlement date remain as previously announced. An updated timetable for
the remainder of the process will be announced when the documentation is
finalised.
