Director Dealing

 

Beacon Energy (AIM:BCE) announces that Leo Koot, Non-Executive Director, has
given instruction for the transfer of 159,090,909 ordinary shares of no par
value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his Qualifying Non UK Pension
Scheme. Such Ordinary Shares will be transferred for no consideration and
remain solely beneficially owned by Leo Koot.

Accordingly, Leo Koot's total holding in the Company will remain unchanged at
159,090,909 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
