Notice of Application for Cancellation of Listing

 

Petropavlovsk 2010 Limited (the "Issuer"), gives notice that it has applied
for cancellation of the listing of its guaranteed convertible 8.25% bonds due
2024 (the "Convertible Bonds") from the Official List, conditionally on the
making of an order for administration in respect of its parent company and
guarantor of the Convertible Bonds, Petropavlovsk PLC. The hearing for the
application for the administration order in respect of Petropavlovsk PLC is
scheduled for 18 July 2022. Subject to an order for administration being made,
the cancellation of the listing of the Convertible Bonds will take effect from
no sooner than 15 August 2022.
