The Beauty Tech Group plc (LSE: TBTG), a global leader in the rapidly growing
at-home beauty technology market, has been informed that on 25 November 2025,
certain Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility purchased,
in aggregate, 53,210 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of the
Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 279.803 pence per Ordinary Share, as
