Grant of Share Options to Director
Beazley plc announces that the following grant of share options under the Beazley plc all employee, UK Save As You Earn plan was made to Sally Lake on 29 March 2021 to acquire ordinary 5p shares in the capital of the Company.  
The award is not subject to any performance conditions, but Sally has entered into a savings contract of three years under the plan and the award becomes exercisable from July 2024. 
The relevant notification is set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (No. 596/2014).
