Aug 27 (Reuters) - bebe stores inc  BEBE.O : 
 * Announces fourth quarter and fiscal year 2015 financial results 
 * Q4 loss per share $0.07 from continuing operations 
 * Q4 sales rose 0.7 percent to $104.3 million 
 * Q4 loss per share $0.05 from continuing operations excluding items 
 * Says fourth quarter comparable store sales grew 1.1% 
 * For first quarter of fiscal 2016, the company expects comparable store sales 
   to be in the negative mid-single digit range 
 * Q1 the net loss per share is expected to be in the high teens 
 * Qtrly net sales were $104.3 million, an increase of 0.7% 
 * First quarter gross margin expected to be lower than the prior year due to 
   higher markdowns in the beginning of the quarter 
 * Says will continue to evaluate whether dividend payments should be made on a 
   quarterly basis 
 * Withdrawing its previously filed shelf registration statement of 46.9 million 
   shares of its common stock
