* Agreement A at an initial consideration of approximately RMB172.92 million 
* Says Speedy Treasure has conditionally agreed to purchase the sale capital B for RMB122.83 million 
* Group will settle the consideration for the acquisition A by its internal resources 
* Speedy treasure entered into agreement B with vendors B 
* Agreement B for initial consideration of approximately RMB122.83 million
