Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Belluscura plc (AIM: BELL), a leading medical device developer focused on
lightweight and portable oxygen enrichment technology, announces that on 3
July 2024, David Poutney, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold
4,350,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") held in his own
name, and 3,800,000 Ordinary Shares were acquired by his self-invested pension
plan ("SIPP") with the balance of 550,000 Ordinary Shares being acquired by
his wife's, Vivienne Poutney and a person closely associated, SIPP.

Following this transfer, Mr Poutney, and his persons closely associated,
remain interested in a total of 14,255,731 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing 8.53 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
