    ** Co receives its first U.S. patent, which provides twenty
years of exclusivity for number of key features core to BTTX's
digital therapeutics platform to help treat cardiometabolic
diseases (https://refini.tv/3aDDWcl)
    ** Exclusivity will run until at least Sept 2039
    ** BTTX says it remains on track to file submission to FDA
for its experimental type 2 diabetes treatment, BT-001,
following completion of pivotal trial this month
    ** Stock down ~63% this year, as of last close
