Therapeutics  BTTX.O  fall as much as 84% to record low of 3
cents, last down 81%  
    ** Co says it will explore strategic alternatives including
winding down
    ** Co also says it is terminating its employees
    ** Decision was made at a special board meeting on Wednesday
- BTTX
    ** Co has voluntarily requested delisting from Nasdaq
    ** BTTX intends to file Form 15 with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission to suspend its reporting obligations
    ** Including session moves, stock has fallen 96.6% in the
last 12 months
