Futures pointed to a higher opening for Wall Street's indexes on Monday, as
investors cheered strong jobs data and waited for a report on the services
sector with signals that 2021 could see the best annual economic growth in
nearly four decades.  .N 
    At 8:59 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.76% at 33,289. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.69% at 4,037.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
0.82% at 13,425.
