Update on Writ Petition and Interim Order

 

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Beximco Pharma", "BPL" or "the Company"; AIM
Symbol: BXP, LEI No.: 213800IMBBD6TIOQGB56) provides an update following the
announcements on 30 September and 2 October 2024.

 

A full-court hearing due to be held today has been adjourned for two weeks at
the request of the petitioner and provisionally rescheduled for 11 November
2024. This rescheduling is in line with usual practice in the courts of
Bangladesh and the date may be subject to further change.
