Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Beximco Pharma", "BPL" or "the Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP, LEI No.: 213800IMBBD6TIOQGB56), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, today announces that the forty-fourth Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited will be held virtually on Saturday 19 December 2020 at 10.30 a.m. to transact the following business:
 
AGENDA
 
1.   To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended on 30 June 2020 together with reports of the Auditors and the Directors thereon.
2.   To declare 15% Cash Dividend and 10% Stock Dividend.
3.   To elect Directors.
4.   To approve the appointment of Independent Director.
5.   To appoint Auditors for the year 2020-2021 and to fix their remuneration.
6.   To appoint Corporate Governance Compliance Auditor for the year 2020-2021 and to fix remuneration.

(1) The Shareholders whose names will appear in the Share Register of the Company or in the Depository Register on the record date (i.e. 25 November 2020) will be entitled to attend at the Annual General Meeting and to receive the dividend.
 
(2) A Member entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting may appoint a Proxy to attend and vote in his/her stead. The Proxy Form, duly stamped, must be deposited at the Registered office of the Company, not later than 48 hours before the time fixed for the meeting.
