Stock Dividend Issued 
 
Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Beximco Pharma", "BPL" or "the Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP, LEI No.: 213800IMBBD6TIOQGB56), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, announces today that the stock dividend approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 19 December 2020 has been credited to shareholder accounts.
 
Application has been made for the admission of 9,094,362 new Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs") issued in respect of the stock dividend to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission is expected to occur at 8:00 a.m. on 14 January 2021.
 
Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 446,112,089 ordinary shares of Taka 10 ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 100,037,989 will be represented by GDRs, each representing one Ordinary Share, admitted to trading on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares and GDRs will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares and GDRs, all having voting rights.
