2022 AGM results

Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the native in-game advertising group,
announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held at 10.00 am today the vote
on each of the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting was passed by the
requisite majority on a show of hands.
