Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the native in-game advertising group, announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held at 11.00 am today the vote on each of the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting was conducted on a poll.
All of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority.
