Expiry of Block Listing and Total Voting Rights
Bidstack Group plc (AIM: BIDS), the native in-game advertising platform, announces that the remaining 1,637,500 warrants issued under a placing warrant instrument and subject to a Block Listing Application announced on 11 June 2019, have expired.  This brings this block listing to a close.
Total Voting Rights
Following the expiry of the block listing in respect of the placing warrant instrument, the total issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged, consisting of 388,374,057 ordinary shares.  This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
