Results of General Meeting

Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the in-game advertising and video game
monetisation platform, announces that, at its General Meeting held at 11.00
a.m. today, the vote on each of the resolutions put to the General Meeting was
conducted on a poll.

 

Both of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority.

 

The results of the poll on each of the resolutions was as follows:
