    ** After market hours on Wednesday, the cycling-focused
marketplace operator announces appointment of Kathy Kotsiopoulos
as global chief financial officer (CFO) of BikeExchange Group
    ** Kotsiopoulos was the acting CFO during the last six
months 
    ** As of last close, stock flat this year
