Medical Inc  BIMI.O  fall 2.7% to $1.22
    ** Q1 net loss from continuing operations widens to $3.3 mln
from $1.4 mln 
    ** Co attributes bigger loss to the increase in operating-
and other- expenses 
    ** Cost of revenues was $1.6 mln vs $0.3 mln in prior year
qtr, while operating expenses from continuing operations up 173%
